Pierre Boiron is a sales representative with ROYAL LEPAGE Commercial and has been practicing commercial real estate for more than 30 years. He has taught courses on commercial real estate for members of the Ontario Real Estate Association and has trained hundreds of commercial Realtors. He began his real estate career in 1969 and by 1972 had received the following professional designations: Fellow of the Real Estate Institute of Canada; Society of Industry and Office Realtors; Ontario Land Economist. He owns income-producing properties. He is experienced in property management, building renovation, and land development. He is also a skilled tradesman, which brings another level of expertise to the book.
Claude Boiron joined Pierre full time in 2001 to start his apprenticeship, and received his sales representative’s licence in 2003. He practices Industrial, Commercial, and Investment Real Estate, and recently added Residential Real Estate brokerage to his offereings. He brings fresh thinking to the business and is eager to implement new technologies where they will improve his clients’ Real Estate experience.
As co-author of “Commercial Real Estate Investing in Canada – The Complete Reference for Real Estate Professionals” (John Wiley & Sons, 2008, $200 MSRP), and author of “Make More Money, Find More Clients, Close Deals Faster: The Canadian Real Estate Agent’s Essential Business Guide” (John Wiley & Sons, 2012, $50 MSRP), Claude has proven the diversity of his Real Estate knowledge and expertise across the Commercial and Residential gamut. As an instructor at the University of Toronto, as well as York University, Claude is a sought-after source for Real Estate education.
In 2012 Claude obtained his Real Estate Broker’s designation, and is now responsible for one of ROYAL LEPAGE Terrequity’s Branch Offices in the Greater Toronto Area.
