His crash course in real estate at U of T is invaluable to the small-time entrepreneur that is looking to invest in his or her first property. Best for those looking to buy residential or commercial, not for those interested in land development. Although, the lecturer who came to speak about land development was very informative. The course book he penned with his father is excellent and filled with practical tips as well as hard financial advice and analytic strategies.

His professional attitude helped me to have a clear and reasonable mind when making a big transaction as a first time home buyer.
