Spring Maintenance Checklist | March Referral Newsletter

Get ready for spring!

While the cold weather seems to think otherwise, spring is just around the corner! Start washing off the winter grime and get your house fully prepped for the warmer months ahead — just turn to page 2 for a Spring Maintenance checklist.

On the fence about selling your house? House prices are expected to increase by 10% in the GTA market this year. With the spring Real Estate market about to start, this is the best time to list your house. Don't miss out on the chance to cash in on a sizable profit!

If you're not ready to make the move but know someone who is, please give me a call at (416) 993-8199. A portion of our commission goes to SickKids to help them build a new hospital that meets building codes and provides enough space for their most vulnerable patients. Enjoy your March and I'll see you next month!

Why We Give to SickKids

Born, grew up, and now raising my own daughter right here in Toronto, I have so many lasting memories of SickKids Hospital.

As one of the best children's hospitals in the world, SickKids has been fighting for kid's health since 1875. With over 80,000 emergency visits and more than 12,000 operations a year, so many families and lives have been touched upon by SickKids. On top of that, SickKids is also a leading research institute in children's health. The invention of Pablum. The first successful separation of conjoined twins. The first kidney transplant from a living donor. Discovering the gene responsible for cystic fibrosis.

From lab benches to bedsides, the health care and scientific advances are only made possible with generous donations. The Boiron Group is on a mission to raise $25,000 to help The Hospital for Sick Children (SickKids) continue their fight. For every referral we receive, a significant portion of our commission goes to SickKids. So, your referrals really do help the children!
